Introduction

Raftec NZ Ltd including subsidiaries and affiliates (“Raftec NZ Ltd” or “Website” or “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website (“website”) to visitors (“visitors”) (cumulatively referred to as “you” or “your” hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

Customer Agreement

An agreement exists between you and Raftec NZ Ltd once Raftec NZ Ltd accepts an order or Raftec NZ Ltd receives the order and does not reject it within fourteen days.

Raftec NZ Ltd has been a registered company in New Zealand since 1993 and supplies “Gridmaster” Ticket Preparation and Presentation products directly and indirectly to over 2000 organisations throughout New Zealand. We have in that time built up a reputation for reliable, prompt and honest service. We pride ourselves in maintaining this credibility, and assure you we supply a quality, well proven product which will greatly enhance your fundraising activities. top

Customer Application

You warrant that all information and data provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly inform Raftec NZ Ltd if there is a change to this information or data.

You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the Raftec NZ Ltd web site and placing an order for goods with Raftec NZ Ltd including any Internet provider fees.

In order to purchase goods from Raftec NZ Ltd the delivery address which you nominate must be correct and within a suburb where postal/courier agencies provide delivery services. Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb are correct, as orders for delivery to incorrect addresses or addresses in suburbs that are not in the postal/courier agencies delivery area will not be processed. Raftec NZ Ltd will not be obliged to continue to deliver goods to you if you change your Delivery address and the new delivery address which you nominate is not in an area within which postal/courier agencies delivers goods.

Ordering Guidelines

  • Orders can be placed through our website, by email, fax, post or telephone. In order to avoid communication errors we strongly recommend that orders be placed in writing via our website, email or fax. We guarantee the accuracy of written orders, however, we accept no responsibility for errors as a result of verbal miscommunication.
  • We pride ourselves on the speed of our service. Orders are processed the same day they are received.
  • We cannot guarantee dispatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once the order has been processed, any changes will be treated as a new order.

International orders will need to be confirmed and payment received by us before the order is processed, and dispatch is made.

  • Price commitment is made on the placement of order only. We endeavor to ensure accurate pricing on both our catalogue and website. We will do our best to notify our customers of discrepancies due to changes in prices.
  • Whilst we do not impose minimum order quantities, ordering items in bulk can result in substantial savings.
  • If any item is short delivered and has been charged for, Raftec NZ Ltd will be more than happy to cover the cost of freight in resending the goods as soon as possible. Please note items are not backordered and need to be re-ordered at the time they become available.
  • You must place an order with Raftec NZ Ltd by adding the goods to the shopping cart, proceeding to the checkout, entering all required details and pressing the “Make Order” button. Orders are deemed to be received by Raftec NZ Ltd at the time of successful transmission of the order.

Payment Method

  • All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, in order to receive the goods you have ordered, payment must be received by the selected payment method.
  • We accept Direct Deposits and payments through Pay Pal. If you choose to pay via Direct Deposit you will be required to fax or email your official Direct Deposit receipt so that your order can be dispatched promptly. Orders can be delayed if confirmation is not presented, as we will have to wait for funds to be cleared.
  • Cheques and Money Orders are to be made out to Raftec NZ Ltd. Cheques and Money Orders must be received at our Katikati, New Zealand Office before the order can be dispatched. Please record your order reference number and business name on the back of the cheque or money order.

Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are quoted in $NZ.
  • For orders within New Zealand, all prices exclude GST. GST is applied to orders on taxable items including freight at checkout.
  • International orders do not incur GST, however, there may be import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that Raftec NZ Ltd cannot be responsible for. If you have questions about these taxes please contact your local customs office.
  • Prices quoted do not include shipping and transportation costs. Shipping costs will be calculated once you reach checkout.
  • The purchase price of the goods as shown on the Product List is the purchase price which is applicable at the time you view it. Goods in Your Order are charged at the purchase price applicable at the time you submit your order and as shown on the order confirmation, except:
    • If a good is out of stock, in which case you will not be charged for that good;
    • If you have given instruction that you will accept substitute goods, in which case the substitute goods will be charged at the applicable purchase price at the time the substitute goods are processed and scanned for your order; and
    • When your order is placed Raftec NZ Ltd will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods, including freight and any credit card/Bank charges.

Cancellations

  • International orders can not be cancelled after despatch.
  • Orders left on a “Wait” status or unconfirmed beyond 4 weeks will be automatically deleted from our system.
  • Pick up orders must be collected within 7 days or they will be returned to warehouse inventory.

Shipping

  • After payment has been cleared, products will arrive according to postal/courier delivery deadlines, unless express delivery is preferred then an additional fee will be added.
  • Some countries must use the express courier service.
  • Raftec NZ Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery outside their control.
  • Raftec NZ Ltd has accounts with several major courier companies and the New Zealand Postal Service.
  • Freight calculation is based on weight, volume and destination. Sales consultants are happy to provide freight quotes before processing payment if requested at the time the order is placed.
  • Raftec NZ Ltd does not charge handling or packing fees unless special legal or specification documents are requested.
  • Where you believe that an item, which was ordered by you and which was in stock, has not been delivered and you wish to report the non-delivery or claim a credit for the value of that item, you must notify Raftec NZ Ltd of the non-delivery no later than 14 days after the order was placed

Out of Stock and Substitution

  • Raftec NZ Ltd will use its best endeavours to ensure that all goods ordered by you (and any agreed substitutes) are supplied to you. In the unlikely event of stock shortages,
  • Raftec NZ Ltd will make good the order as quickly as possible.

Returns and Replacements

  • Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. It is important to note the name of your Sales Consultant who has dealt with your return. Any discrepancies with your order will be logged in our system for quick reference so that we can better manage your account.
  • No returns or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order.
  • If a return or refund is necessary, this must fall within 60 days of the invoice date.
  • Returns will not be accepted beyond 60 days.
  • It may be necessary for clients to return goods, in which case, reimbursement of return freight costs will be included in refund/credit only if Raftec NZ Ltd is at fault. International returns can also be accepted for being faulty, damaged, or exchanged. Please ensure full tracking details (airway bill or tracking number) are provided in order to monitor the speed of the parcel being sent back.
  • If an error has been made by Raftec NZ Ltd with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing, we will pay for return shipment. If customer requires urgent re-dispatch, it will be necessary to pay for goods at the time the re-order is lodged, which will then be credited/refunded when we receive the returned goods.
  • Errors made by clients when placing their order can be returned if reported within 7 days and products are unopened. This will incur the 20% restocking fee. This includes change of mind returns also. Goods must arrive in re-saleable condition. Return freight will be at customer’s expense. 20% Restocking Fee covers costs of time and labor involved with returning goods to the warehouse.
  • Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name, contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Whether you require a credit or a replacement, it is extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning so that the return can be processed accurately and promptly.

Product Liability

  • The stability and nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients. Raftec NZ Ltd cannot accept any liability in this regard.
